Operation

Change Bit

Pull collet ring, insert bit, release ring to lock. Bit is automatically locked into position.

Torque Adjustment

Twist torque nut clockwise for more torque, counter-clockwise for less torque.

Lock out Ring

Lock torque setting by removing spring band and inserting set screw.

Power Supply

Connect to 110v outlet or T-1-CL HL controller. Twist locking ring clockwise to secure.

Turn Power On

Green 'ready' light on controller indicates system is receiving power.

Tightening Fasteners

Apply axial pressure, squeeze trigger. Tool stops automatically at preset torque.

Reversing

Slide forward/reverse selector to reverse, apply pressure to lever.

Overload Indicator

Red 'overload' light means capacity exceeded. Reduce torque or risk damage.

Maintenance

Replace carbon brush every 400k cycles/1yr. Grease gear set at same interval.

Warranty

All Conos products come with a standard 6 month warranty.
