Open the box, remove protective covering, and clean the bearing shaft with a lint-free cloth.
Apply oil to the bearing shaft and housing, place the ceramic ball bearing, and ensure smooth rotation.
Gently lower the bearing housing over the shaft, ensuring a tight fit to prevent displacement.
Add oil to the spindle if needed; lift the housing to allow oil wash down the shaft for smoother operation.
Using cotton gloves, carefully lower the acrylic platter onto the bearing housing with the label dip facing up.
Fit the drive belt around the motor spindle and the platter pulley for the desired speed (33.3 or 45 rpm).
Connect the AC motor to the AC supply and utilize the PS-1 speed control box for voltage and frequency adjustments.
Use a screwdriver on the front panel of the PS-1 speed control box to make fine adjustments to the motor speed.
Fix the tone-arm base with its height adjustment onto the main turntable base securely.
Use the adjustable feet and a spirit level to ensure the turntable is perfectly level for optimal performance.
