Do you have a question about the COOLFORT CF-3200 and is the answer not in the manual?

Overview

The COOLFORT CF-3200 is a robotic vacuum cleaner designed for automatic room cleaning.

Function Description

The primary function of the CF-3200 is automated floor cleaning. It operates in various modes, including automatic, spot cleaning, and "along the wall" cleaning. The device is equipped with a UV lamp for additional surface disinfection, targeting microbes and bacteria automatically.

The vacuum cleaner can be controlled via a remote control or a mobile application, allowing users to set cleaning modes, monitor the cleaning process, and navigate the unit. It features an automatic return to its charging station when cleaning is complete or when the battery is low. Users can also manually send the unit back to the charging station.

The CF-3200 supports both dry and wet cleaning. For wet cleaning, it utilizes a floor attachment with an installed microfiber cloth and a water tank. The intensity of the water spray can be adjusted via the mobile app.

Important Technical Specifications

  • Power Supply: Built-in rechargeable Li-Ion battery (14.8 V, 2600 mAh).
  • Battery Charging Time: 5-6 hours.
  • Operation Time: 90-120 minutes.
  • Rated Input Power: 20 W.
  • Input Voltage: 19 V ⎓ 0.6 A.
  • Suction Power: 800-1400 Pa.
  • Dust Bin Capacity: 0.3 L.
  • Water Tank Capacity: 0.3 L.
  • Noise Level: < 70 dB.
  • Power Adapter: Input 100-240 V ~ 50-60 Hz, 0.5 A; Output 19 V ⎓ 0.6 A, 11.4 W.
  • Charging Station: Input 19 V ⎓ 0.6 A; Output 19 V ⎓ 0.6 A.
  • Remote Control Power: 3 V, 2 "AAA" batteries (2 x 1.5 V, not included).
  • Operating System Compatibility (App): iOS 9.0 or higher, Android 4.0 or higher.

Usage Features

  • Charging: The vacuum cleaner can be charged by placing it on the charging station (29), ensuring the contact points (10) align with those on the station (31). Alternatively, it can be charged directly from the mains using the power adapter (44) connected to the charge socket (6) on the unit. The first charge should last 8 hours.
  • Power On/Off: To switch on, press and hold the on/off button (3) for more than 3 seconds until a sound signal is heard and the Wi-Fi indicator (2) and on/off button (3) glow continuously. To switch off, repeat the process.
  • Cleaning Modes:
    • Automatic Cleaning: The robot follows a smart zigzag path (pic. 6). It may pause to assess the remaining area or plan its route.
    • Spot Cleaning: The vacuum cleaner cleans in a spiral motion around a specific spot (pic. 7), ideal for areas with concentrated debris.
    • Along the Wall Cleaning: The robot cleans the room edges along the walls (pic. 4).
    • Wet Floor Cleaning: This mode uses the water tank (22) and microfiber attachment (15) to mop the floor. The manufacturer recommends vacuuming the floor at least three times before wet cleaning and advises against using cleaning fluids or hot water in the water tank.
  • Temporary Stop: During cleaning, pressing the on/off button (3) or any remote control button will pause the operation. Pressing it again or the stop button (34) will resume cleaning.
  • Firmware Upgrade: Software updates can be performed via the mobile app. Ensure the robot is on the docking station with a battery level above 20% before updating.

Maintenance Features

  • Side Brushes (11, 19): These should be cleaned after every use and, if necessary, washed under warm water. They are removed by pulling upwards. The left brush has a green mark, and the right brush has a red mark; they are not interchangeable.
  • Dust Bin/Water Tank (8) and HEPA Filter (26): The combined dust bin/water tank is removed by pressing the central clamp (25) and pulling it out (pic. 9). The dust bin (23) is then separated and cleaned (pic. 19). The HEPA filter (26) is disassembled, rinsed, and air-dried (pic. 20, 21, 22, 23).
  • Main Brush (16): The main brush is accessed by turning the vacuum cleaner over and removing its lid. Dust and tangled hair should be removed using the supplied cleaning brush (43).
  • Water Tank (22) and Floor Cleaning Attachment (15): The water tank should be rinsed and dried with a dry cloth (pic. 11, 16). The microfiber cloth should be detached from the attachment, rinsed under running water, and air-dried (pic. 17, 18).
  • Main Parts Cleaning: Sensors and glass surfaces should be cleaned with a damp cloth. The main wheel (9) should be cleaned from dust and tangled hair. Charging contact points (10) should be cleaned with a dry cloth.
  • Storage: Before long-term storage, the vacuum cleaner should be cleaned, batteries removed from the remote control, and the unit stored in its original packaging in a dry, cool place, out of reach of children. If not used for a long time, the battery should be charged at least once every three months to prevent damage.

Safety Measures

  • Use the unit strictly according to the instruction manual and only with supplied accessories.
  • Ensure mains voltage matches the power adapter's operating voltage.
  • Charge the battery between +5°C and +35°C, with relative humidity not exceeding 80%.
  • Do not use the vacuum cleaner outdoors or on wet/damp floors.
  • Keep hair, loose clothing, and fragile objects away from the vacuum cleaner's path.
  • Do not use for collecting flammable liquids, burning items, fine dust (plaster, concrete, flour, ashes), or if the dust bin/water tank or HEPA filter is not installed.
  • Do not immerse the vacuum cleaner, power adapter, or charging station in water.
  • Supervise children and disabled persons near the operating unit.
  • Do not allow children to play with the unit or its packaging.
  • Periodically check the power adapter and connecting cord for damage. Do not use if damaged or malfunctioning.
  • Do not attempt to repair or disassemble the unit yourself; contact an authorized service center for any malfunctions or damage.
  • Transport the unit in its original packaging only.
  • Before disposing of the vacuum cleaner, remove the battery and take it to a recycling center. Do not burn the vacuum cleaner with the battery inside.
