What to do if tags are not reading on Cooper Surgical RI WITNESS?

If the tags are not reading on your Cooper Surgical Medical Equipment, there might be metal near the reader. Remove any metallic objects from the area and check if the tags reappear in the Work Area. Also, check the security of USB and power cable connections and verify that the light on the power supply is illuminated. Other electrical devices may cause RF noise/interference, so remove any portable electronic devices nearby. Check if the tag is readable by a different RI Witness device; if not, discard it. Finally, in Work Area Settings, under Connected Devices, Embryology Reader, and RFID Tuning, ensure all channels have green ticks. If any show a yellow warning triangle, contact an RI service representative.
