Battery
Insert 2x AAA (1.5V) batteries into the battery compartment on the
underside of the scale.
Please ensure correct polarity (+/-).
Operation
Use only on a level floor surface.
For most accurate results, use at a similar time of day and weigh yourself with all garments and footwear
removed.
Slightly tap or step on the scale. You will hear “HELLO! ARE YOU READY?”
You can then step onto the measurement platform to weigh yourself. Always stand with feet either side of
the centre of the scale. Stand steady as weight will vary if you move.
The scale will say YOUR WEIGHT IS*** kg (or lb or st) after the weight reading is steady. The LCD will flash
twice.
You can then step off the platform. The scale will turn off automatically if no operation is detected for 8
seconds saying “POWERING DOWN” before turning off.
Auto off
Scale will be turned off if no any operation is detected after 8 seconds.
