Why are my items not drying in the Coral UVCGY1?

  If items aren't drying in your Coral Dryer, first, ensure that you've removed all excess water from the items before placing them in the chamber. Check the air filter to make sure it isn't blocked, and ensure there's enough space behind the dryer for proper airflow. If the air filter is older than 3 months, replace it. Also, verify that the dryer is on a level surface and set the timer for a longer drying time.

  If your Coral Dryer isn't powering on, make sure it's properly plugged into an outlet. Also, the dryer lid must be securely closed for it to operate. Check that the PRESS button on the front of the unit is illuminated.

  If you suspect a UV light is out in your Coral Dryer, check the two viewing windows on the lid when the product is powered on. These windows should illuminate during the Sanitize setting or the sanitization cycle of the AUTO setting. Ensure the bulbs are installed correctly and that the lid is securely closed.
