CLEANING AND CARING
FOR YOUR SYSTEM
Clean the Coravin System after each use.
1 Place the Spout under a steady stream of
warm CLEAN water for at least 5 seconds.
IMPORTANT: Never press the Trigger
while rinsing the Spout. This may
damage the System.
2 Remove from the water and quickly
PRESS AND RELEASE the Trigger
to release some gas, clearing any
excess water.
3 Dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.
• Do not submerge the System in water or any other liquids. It is not dishwasher safe.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads that can scratch the exterior surface.
• If after cleaning the System, it feels sticky or clogged, repeat the cleaning procedure
using a 50/50 mixture of water and white vinegar. This is especially helpful after
accessing dessert wines frequently.
• Do not let wine dry on the System. Wipe immediately with a damp cloth.

ENGLISH
7 Hold the bottle neck with one hand and
pull the Handle straight up with the other
to remove the Needle from the cork.
NOTE: A few drops of residual wine may
be seen on top of the cork. This is normal.
8 Open the Clamp by squeezing the Clamp
Handles and remove from the bottle.
9 Store the bottle on its side in
a temperature controlled area
suitable for wine.
NOTE: Natural cork will reseal by itself.
Cold or older corks may take a little
longer to reseal. If a cork continues to
drip after several minutes, the cork
may not be natural and will not reseal.
NOTE: Remove System from bottle
after pouring to prevent oxidation.
