DESCRIPTION
The Cornwell MMWM181DVI is a Dual Voltage, portable DC wire feed welder capable of welding
with solid wire (with shielding gas) or flux core wire. This unit is capable of welding 5/16” steel in a
single pass when operating on 230V power. Use the included 120V adapter cord to run this unit off
120V AC power with a single pass capacity of 3/16”. It uses leading edge Inverter Technology to
provide high quality welds that are crisp, clean, and consistent with plenty of power and will impress
the most experienced of welders. It features infinite wire feed speed control and voltage control,
giving you total control to tune in the arc you want. The MMWM181DVI also features a cooling fan
and thermal overload protection to help protect your investment. The Inverter Technology is evident
from the moment you take this unit out of the box. One of the many advantages of inverter
technology is creating more welding power from a smaller transformer. A smaller transformer means
lower overall weight. The MMWM181DVI is ideal for use when welding materials from 24 gauge to
5/16” and is ideal for the home hobbyist, auto repair, farm and ranch and light industrial applications.
