CORONA MC 47900 - User Manual

Place the Main Basin (F) upside down on a clean surface.
Secure the 2 Legs (I) by inserting 3 of the Hex Bolts (E) through each leg and into the cooler at each end of the
cooler.
Secure the 2 Legs (J) by inserting 3 of the Hex Bolts (E) through each leg and into the cooler at each end of the
cooler.
Turn the cooler over and keep it in place by locking the brakes on the wheels.
Secure the Handles (D) on each side of the cooler by inserting 6 of Hex Screws (E) per handle with the Hex Wrench
(K).
Secure the Bottle Opener (G) to the Cooler Body (F) by screwing 2 of the Hex Screws (E) with the Hex Wrench (K)
into the pre-drilled holes of the Cooler Body (F).
Screw 2 bolts (E) to the front side of the Cooler Body (F) underneath the bottle opener. Slide the Bucket (H) down
over the 2 bolts (E) attached to the Cooler Body (F).
Unscrew the Lid Knobs (A) from under the Lid (B) with a #2 Phillips Screwdriver and secure them on top of the Lid
(B) by re-using the 2 Bolts (C).
Clean the inside of the cooler with a soft dry towel and place the Cooler Lid (B) on the Cooler Body (F).

Assembly Instructions

Place Main Basin

Place the Main Basin (F) upside down on a clean surface for assembly.

Secure Legs (I)

Secure two Legs (I) using three Hex Bolts (E) per leg into the cooler.

Secure Legs (J)

Secure two Legs (J) using three Hex Bolts (E) per leg into the cooler.

Position Cooler

Turn the cooler over and lock the brakes on the wheels for stability.

Attach Handles

Secure Handles (D) using six Hex Screws (E) per handle with Hex Wrench (K).

Attach Bottle Opener

Screw Bottle Opener (G) to Cooler Body (F) using two Hex Screws (E).

Install Bucket

Screw two bolts (E) to the cooler front, slide Bucket (H) over them.

Secure Lid Knobs

Unscrew Lid Knobs (A), secure them on top of Lid (B) using Bolts (C).

Final Cleaning and Lid Placement

Clean the cooler interior and place the Cooler Lid (B) on the Cooler Body (F).
