FACTORY SETTINGS:
Control mode with minimum proportional differential pressure.
8.1.3 Error messages
LO The flow rate is too low. If the pump continues to operate in this way,
it could be damaged.
E1 Dry running
E2 Loss of motor control can be due to incorrect parameters, blocked rotor,
missing phase, motor disconnected.
E3 Short circuit between phases or between phase and ground.
E4 Software fault.
E5 Fault in the safety module can be due to unexpected excess current or
some other hardware fault in the circuit board.
8.1.4 Shutdown
The COSMO Type CPH 2.0 high-efficiency pump must be taken out of service as
instructed in the operating manual.
All electrical cables must be disconnected and removed before shutdown.
Close the shut-off valves above and below the pump, loosen the pump's upper and
lower couplings, and remove the pump from the pipework.
8.1.5 Putting back into service
See Chapter 7 "Installation and electrical connection".
Caution Risk of burns
Risk of burns from escaping medium.
o Maintain a safe distance from escaping media.
o Wear suitable personal protective equipment (safety gloves,
goggles).
