When you first use your Cosori Fryer, it may produce some white smoke, this is normal. Make sure the baskets and the inside of the air fryer are cleaned properly and aren't greasy. Cooking greasy foods can also cause white smoke as oil leaks into the outer basket, which is normal and shouldn't affect cooking. Handle the baskets with care.
