  • Rated voltage: 120V~60Hz
  • Power consumption: 660W
  • Maximum mixture capacity: 2.0 kg (recommended)

  • Attachments: It includes a Dough Hook with Silver Teflon coating for heavy mixtures like bread or short pastry, a Beater with Silver Teflon coating for medium-heavy mixtures such as crepes or sponge cake, and a Whisk for light mixtures like cream or egg whites.
  • Speed Control Dial: A dial with settings from 0 to 6 allows for precise speed adjustment. The dial illuminates blue when in use.
  • Pulse Function: This feature provides a quick burst of power for rapid mixing or incorporation of ingredients. It is activated by turning the speed control dial in an anti-clockwise direction and holding it.
  • Tilt-up Knob: Simplifies the process of raising and lowering the mixer head, making it easy to attach/remove the mixing bowl and accessories.
  • Mixing Bowl: A securely locking mixing bowl ensures stability during operation.
  • Safety Interlocks: The motor will not start if the mixer head is raised or if the speed control is not set to 0 when plugged in. This prevents accidental operation and enhances user safety.

  • Splash Guard: An included splash guard helps prevent splattering during mixing.

Operating Procedure:

  1. Ensure the Speed Control Dial is set to "OFF" (0).
  2. Lift the mixer head by rotating the Tilt Button upwards until it locks in the elevated position.
  3. Attach the Splash Guard to the upper body.
  4. Fit the mixing bowl onto the mixer stand and turn it clockwise to lock it securely.
  5. Insert the desired accessory (Dough Hook, Beater, or Whisk) by aligning its grooves with the attachment shaft, pushing it towards the mixer head, lifting the attachment shaft spring, and twisting it anti-clockwise to lock it in place.
  6. Add ingredients to the mixing bowl, ensuring not to overfill (max 2.0 kg mixture).
  7. Lower the mixer head by rotating the Tilt Button downwards until it locks in the horizontal position, ensuring the attachment is inside the mixing bowl.
  8. Plug the power cord into the mains supply. The Speed Control light will flash blue.
  9. Turn the Speed Control Dial clockwise to select a speed (1-6) and begin mixing. Start at a lower speed to prevent splattering and gradually increase as needed.
