Exterior Component Removal and Installation
LOWER FRONT COVER INSTALLATION
After installing the lower front cover, install:
Door panel
Kickplate
INSTALL THE LOWER FRONT COVER
Place the lower front cover's bottom tab behind the
flange on the base bottom.
Rotate the lower front cover up and into place.
Verify the air drier duct is sitting on top of the tab on
the lower front cover.
Use a

4
" socket to install the lower front cover
mounting screws.
UPPER FRONT COVER REMOVAL
WARNING
Disconnect the product from the power source
before starting this procedure.
To remove the upper front cover, first remove:
Door panel
Kickplate
Lower front cover
REMOVE THE UPPER FRONT COVER
Use a
1
/
4
" socket to remove the screws from the
upper front cover.
Remove the wire harness retention clip from the
upper front cover.
Remove the upper front cover from the unit.
