To turn a Smoke + Carbon Monoxide Detector’s fire alarm verification setting on or off, tap
Settings > Sensors > Smoke Sensor Type > Edit > Fir Alarm Verification > ON?OFF.
Turning fire alarm verification on will require the sensor to be triggered twice within 2
minutes, or remain triggered for 30 seconds before the alarm will sound. By default, this
setting is turned off.
