Function Description:
The electric heater is designed to provide warmth and features a simulated flame effect. It can be operated via a control panel located on the unit or through a remote control. The heater offers various settings for flame color, flame intensity, and temperature control, allowing users to customize their heating and aesthetic experience. The unit is intended for indoor use and should not be used outdoors or in wet environments.

Usage Features:
Installation:
- Location: Choose a location protected from direct sunlight.
- Wall Opening: Ensure the wall opening dimensions match the specified cutout dimensions for the chosen model.
- Front Cover Removal: Remove two mounting screws and pull the front cover upward.
- Securing Unit: Secure the unit to the back wall using four provided screws (A).
- Front Cover Replacement: Replace the front cover and secure it with two mounting screws.
- Power Connection: Plug the fireplace into a 15A/120V outlet after reading all instructions and ensuring controls are OFF.
Operation (Control Panel & Remote Control):
- Power ON/OFF: Press the power button to turn the fireplace ON. Press again to turn OFF; the fan will continue for 60 seconds without heat.
- Flame Color:
- Control Panel: Press the flame color button. First press: orange. Second press: orange and blue. Third press: blue.
- Remote Control: By default, the flame color is orange. Hold the flame effect button for about 3 seconds to change flame color (orange, orange and blue, blue sequence).
- Flame Effect/Intensity:
- Control Panel: Press the flame effect button to change the flame effect. Pressing again decreases intensity. There are 6 light intensities (6 to 1). Pressing again stops the flame effect.
- Remote Control: Press the flame effect button. Pressing again decreases intensity (6 to 1). Pressing again stops the flame effect.
- Temperature Setting:
- Control Panel: Press the temperature button to set the desired temperature. The heater stops heating when the ambient temperature reaches the set point and resumes when it drops 2°C below.
- Remote Control: Use the up or down button to set the desired temperature. The heater stops heating when the ambient temperature reaches the set point and resumes when it drops 2°C below.
- Temperature Scale (Remote Control Only): Press the °C/°F button to toggle between Celsius and Fahrenheit. An LED indicates the current setting.
- Timer Function (Remote Control Only): Press the timer button. Options range from '0H' (continuous operation) to '8H' (heater operates for the specified number of hours before shutting off).
Safety Instructions:
- Read all instructions before use.
- Heater is for 120 volts; do not modify the plug or use adaptors to defeat grounding.
- Heater surfaces (especially the grill) become hot during use; avoid direct skin contact.
- Front of fireplace must not be blocked during use.
- Exercise extreme caution when used near children or individuals with disabilities; never leave unattended.
- Do not operate with a damaged cord, plug, or if the heater malfunctions, is dropped, or damaged. Seek authorized service.
- Do not modify the heater. Parts removed for servicing must be replaced by a certified repair center.
- Not for outdoor or wet use (bathrooms, laundry areas).
- Do not run cord under carpeting or cover with rugs; arrange away from traffic.
- To disconnect, turn off controls, then remove the plug.
- Connect only to properly grounded outlets.
- Do not insert foreign objects into ventilation/exhaust openings.
- Do not block air intakes/exhausts to prevent fire; avoid use on soft surfaces.
- Do not use in areas with flammable liquids/vapors (gasoline, propane, paint).
- Do not use as a drying rack for clothing or hang decorations on it.
- Avoid extension cords; if necessary, use one meeting specifications (No.16AWG, 1875 watts, 3-wire grounded).
- Do not plug into a receptacle controlled by a wall switch or dimmer.
- New circuits or outlets should be installed by a certified electrician.
- Always disconnect power before cleaning, maintenance, or relocation.
- Store in a dry place during off-season.
- Keep children and pets away from the heater and controls.
Maintenance Features:
- WARNING: Disconnect power completely before any maintenance or cleaning to reduce fire/shock risk. Maintenance should only be performed by a certified technician.
- Cleaning:
- Turn off controls and unplug the unit from the power source.
- Wait until the unit has completely cooled.
- Glass Panel: Remove dust with a clean dry cloth. Clean fingerprints/marks with a clean damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or spray liquids.
- Metal/Painted Parts: Clean with a clean damp cloth only. Do not use abrasive cleaners or spray liquids.
- Remote Control Battery Replacement: Replace with a CR2025 battery, following the diagram on the back of the remote handset.
