How to fix Flow Error Alarm (FLo Err) on Covidien Medical Equipment?
    • A
      aaron19Aug 18, 2025
If the Covidien Medical Equipment displays a 'Flow Error Alarm (FLo Err)', it could be due to several reasons: * The feeding container might be empty, in which case you should refill it. * The feeding tube or feeding set tubing could be occluded; locate and correct the occlusion. * The drip chamber might not be properly placed in the pump; ensure it's correctly locked in the drip chamber guide. * The drip chamber walls may be coated with feeding formula; try manipulating the chamber to remove the formula, or replace the set. * The sensors in the upper drip chamber guide might be blocked or dirty; clean them with a cotton swab dampened with warm soapy water. * The drip chamber might be too full; ensure the formula isn't preventing the sensors from operating correctly.
