Why won't my Cowin Headsets connect to my mobile device?

If your Cowin Headsets aren’t connecting to your mobile device, try the following: Check the status indicators. Ensure that both the back-up audio cable and the USB charging cable are disconnected. On your mobile device, disable and then re-enable the Bluetooth feature, or delete your SE8 from the Bluetooth list and connect again. Move your mobile device closer to the headphones, away from any interference. Clear the headphone pairing list and connect again.
