Belt grinder is mainly used for polishing and grinding of metal, wooden or plastic work pieces to remove irregularities.
Most accidents happen because safety regulations are not adhered or on moments they are ignored. Use common sense and exercise caution.
Make sure you fully read and understand the contents of this manual before using the machine.
Don't operate the machine until it is assembled and installed. Obtain training from supervisor.
During loading/unloading of equipment, use appropriate transport and lifting equipment.
After delivery, check the package for damage resulting from storage and transportation. Check if the contents are complete.
Before installation, make sure the work area meets requirements for height, temperature, humidity, and lighting.
The machine should be installed on the standard. Mount the machine with the 4 M10 bolts.
Connect both outlets to the dust collector with suitable hoses. Empty collector bag when more than half full.
Ensure stability, check if parts move smoothly. Ensure machine is not connected to power supply during checks.
During adjusting, disconnect the machine from the power supply to avoid accidental starting.

Unplug machine. Remove dust/chips using brush or compressed air. Empty dust collector bag if needed.
Make sure all moving parts like the bearings of the contact wheel are greased sufficiently at all times.
Replace belt if torn/cracked or not grinding sufficiently. Follow steps for loosening, removing, and tensioning.
