What to do if the line won't feed on my Craftsman Trimmer?

  If the line on your Craftsman Trimmer isn't feeding, there are several potential causes. First, the lines might be stuck together due to heat or storage. In this case, unplug the trimmer, open the spool cover, remove the spool, and unwind the line before rewinding it. Another reason could be that there's not enough line on the spool, so replace the line or the entire spool assembly. Also, tangled lines can prevent feeding, so you should unwind and remove any tangled line before rewinding. Try cutting tall grass from the top down to prevent wrapping. Make sure the power cord is plugged in and check the circuit breaker. If those don't work, try another extension cord or wall receptacle.

  The line on your Craftsman Trimmer might not be feeding due to a few reasons: the lines may be stuck together because of heat or storage. To fix this, unplug the trimmer, open the spool cover, remove the spool, and unwind and rewind the line. Another cause could be that the spool doesn't have enough line, so replace the line or the spool assembly. Tangled lines can also be the culprit; in this case, unwind and remove the tangled line, then rewind it properly. To prevent wrapping, cut tall grass from the top down. Also, ensure the trimmer is properly connected to a power source by plugging in the power cord and verifying the circuit breaker. Trying a different extension cord or wall receptacle can also help.
