Assemble Motor Unit to Base

Align motor unit slot with base slot and engage motor pin in adjusting ring slot.

Remove Motor Unit from Base

Loosen locking screw and turn adjusting ring clockwise to lift motor unit from base.

Attach Sub-Base

Fasten phenolic sub-base to router base using provided screws for smooth work surface.

Install Cutters

Secure cutter in collet using nut, ensuring collet is clean for accurate results.

Adjust for Depth of Cut

Lower motor unit until cutter touches surface, then adjust ring to desired depth.

Size of Cut Recommendations

Average cut should not exceed 1/4" depth; use multiple passes in hardwoods.
