Attach wheel support to cart bed using hex bolts and nylock nuts. Tighten.
Assemble latch stand bracket to cart bed using hex bolts and nylock nuts. Tighten.
Turn cart over, place tongue on latch stand bracket and wheel support. Slide axle through.
Assemble step bracket to latch lock bracket using hex bolts and nylock nuts. Tighten.
