maintained,lubricatedandtunedup accordingto the instructionsinthe owner'smanual,
Searswill repairor replacefree of chargeany partsthat arefoundto be defectivein
materialor workmanshipaccordingto the guidelinesof coveragelistedbelow.Searswill
alsoprovidefree laborfortheseapplicablewarrantedparts forthe two full years.During
the first 30 daysof purchase,therewill be nochargesto servicethe productatyour
homefor issuescoveredby this warranty.(Seeexclusionsbelow). Foryour conve-
nience, INHOMEwarrantyservicewill still be availableafterthe first 30 daysof pur-
chase,but a trip chargewill apply.This chargewill be waivedif the Craftsmanproductis
droppedoff at an authorizedSears location.For the nearestauthorizedSearslocation,

the UnitedStates.
This Warrantydoes not cover:
• Expendableitemswhich becomewornduring normaluse, includingbut not limitedto
blades,spark plugs,air cleaners,belts, andoil filters.
• StandardMaintenanceServicing,oil changes, or tune-ups
• Tire replacementor repaircausedby puncturesfrom outsideobjects,such as nails,
thorns,stumps,or glass.
• Repairsnecessarybecauseof operatorabuse,includingbut notlimitedto, damage
causedby towingobjectsbeyondthe capabilityofthe ridingequipment,impacting
objectsthat bendthe frameor crankshaft,or over-speedingthe engine.
• Repairsnecessarybecauseof operatornegligence,includingbut not limitedto, elec-
tricalandmechanicaldamagecausedby improperstorage,failureto use the proper
gradeandamountof engineoil, failureto keepthe deck clearof flammabledebris,
or failureto maintainthe equipmentaccordingtothe instructionscontainedinthe
owner'smanual.
• Engine(fuelsystem)cleaningor repairscausedbyfuel determinedto becontami-
natedor oxidized(stale). In general,fuelshouldbe usedwithin 30 daysof its pur-
chasedate.
• Normaldeteriorationandwearof the exteriorfinishes,or productlabelreplacement.
• Ridingequipmentusedfor commercialor rentalpurposes.
LIMITEDWARRANTYON BATTERY
Forninety(90)daysfromdateof purchase,if anybatteryincludedwith this ridingequip-
ment provesdefectivein materialor workmanshipandourtestingdeterminesthe battery
will not holda charge,Searswill replacethe batteryat no charge. Duringthe first30
daysof purchase,therewill beno chargesto replacethe batteryat your HOME. After
the first 30 days,foryourconvenience,IN-HOMEwarrantyservicewill still be avail-
ablebut a trip chargewill apply. This chargewill bewaivedif the Craftsmanproductis
