1. Introduction
The purpose of this document is to aid service technicans in serviceing Craftunique products.
This manual must be used only by authorized service partners. The content of this manual is
condental in its entirety.
While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of this document, some errors may exist.

The neccessary prelimanery precautions:
1. Servicing and alignment must be undertaken by qualied personel only.
2. Use only approved components as speced in the part list.
3. Ensure that, all connectors, components, modules, screws and insulators are re-tted cor-
rectly after servicing and alignment.
4. Ensure that, all cables and wires are repositioned correctly.
5. Electrostatic discharge can easily damage the sensitive components contained within electro-
nic products. Ensure that, all products are serviced in a proper anti-static environment.
6. Do not use a power supply with a voltage other than that specied. Avoid multiple connections
to one outlet: they may cause re or electric shock. When using an extension cable, always check
that it is adequate for the rated current.
7. Do not place the printer on an inrm or angled surface: the printer may tip over, causing in-
jury.
8. Always handle the machine by the correct locations when moving it.
9. Always follow the procedures for maintenance described in the service manual and other re-
lated brochures.
10. Under no circumstances attempt to bypass or disable safety features including safety mechan-
isms and protective circuits.
11. Always check that the printer is correctly connected to an outlet with a ground connection.
12. Use utmost caution when working on a powered machine. Keep away from moving parts.
13. Handle the hotend with care to avoid burns as it can be extremely hot.
