  If the Bluetooth on your Craig Headphone isn't working, it might be because the external Bluetooth device hasn't been paired with the unit. You should pair the external Bluetooth device to the unit. Alternatively, the external Bluetooth device might be too far from the earbud. Try placing the external Bluetooth device closer to the earbud.

  If the earbuds are not recharging, there could be a few reasons: 1. The button on the charging station might be in the off position. Press the button on the front of the charging station to start charging. The red indicator on the earbud charging port will illuminate. 2. The charging contacts on the charging station and/or earbuds might be dirty. Clear them before charging. 3. The earbud might not have been inserted firmly into the charging port. Insert the earbud into the charging port firmly.
