● Switch on the pump
● Open the shut-o valve of the used cleaning tool
9.3. Shutting down
● After cleaning the parts, switch o the pump. Failure
to do so will lead to unnecessary loss of degreasing
fluid (OzzyJuice
®
) due to evaporation.
Notes:
● The pump will automatically switch o after 10 min-
utes. To restart, switch briefly “OFF” and “ON”
the pump.
● Switch of the pump in case of power failure. If the
pump remains switched “ON” during a power failure,
the pump will restart as soon as the power supply
is restored.
●
If the power failure remains for a longer period of time,
then new microbes must be added to the degreasing
fluid. Replace the filter mat (OzzyMat
®
).
● A microbial enhancer, so called “OzzyBooster
®
” can
be used to enhance or “boost” the microbial activity
in the SmartWasher
®
system. It actually increases the
density of Ozzy
®
microbes within the OzzyJuice
®
.
●
If the interruption of power supply remains over sever-
al weeks, add an additional container of OzzyBooster
®
to the SmartWasher
®
.
