Function Description

The CREATE SPEAKER RETRO is a portable speaker designed for audio playback through various modes. Its primary function is to play music wirelessly via Bluetooth, but it also supports audio input through a USB flash drive and an AUX-in connection. The device is equipped with a built-in rechargeable battery, allowing for portable use without constant external power. It also features controls for volume, equalizer settings (treble and bass), and track navigation.

Important Technical Specifications

  • Power Supply: The device operates on a built-in rechargeable battery (5V / 1800mA). It can also be connected to an external power source using a 5V 1500 mA adapter.
  • Battery: 1800 mA rechargeable battery.
  • USB Support: Ideally supports 64GB flash drives and some 128GB flash drives. Mixed storage of excessively large non-music files may affect performance when reading the USB flash drive.
  • Audio Input: 3.5 mm AUX IN slot.

Usage Features

Bluetooth Mode: Upon turning the power switch to ON, the device defaults to Bluetooth mode if no USB flash drive is connected. The LED light will illuminate green. Users need to manually pair and connect the device using a mobile phone, tablet, or laptop. The utility knobs/keys allow for playing/pausing music and selecting previous or next tracks with short presses. Long pressing the Play/Pause key enables equalizer settings, and rotating the related knob adjusts volume, treble, and bass.

USB Mode: Inserting a USB flash drive with stored music automatically switches the device to USB mode, and the LED light turns off. Operations in USB mode are similar to Bluetooth mode for playback control.

AUX Input: To use AUX input, connect the device to a music source via a 3.5 mm audio cable (not included) to the AUX IN interface. The LED light will turn red. Related operations can be performed as in Bluetooth mode, but track selection (previous/next) is not available in AUX IN mode.

Maintenance Features

Charging the Device: The speaker contains an 1800 mA rechargeable battery. It can be charged using the included 5V 1500 mA power adapter. The charge lamp turns off once the battery is fully charged. The device can be charged while in operation.

Security Instructions:

  • Avoid physical impact to the main body.
  • Prevent contact with chemicals such as benzene or thinner.
  • Do not place the speaker near strong magnetic or electric fields.
