– Water tank empty – Fill water tank 7, 9
– Capsule not (completely)

– Use a new capsule, if it happens
again contact the service centre
– Machine calcified – Decalcify the machine 16
– Defective pump – Contact the service centre
No coffee/tea output – Water tank empty or wrongly
inserted
– Fill and correctly insert water tank 7, 9
– Coffe/tea dispensing key
flickers rapidly
– Electronics or temperature error;
pull out power plug and insert
again after half an hour. If error
is not corrected, contact service
