The safety leash binds the board to the user, preventing its loss. Always wear it and make sure it
is in good condition and works correctly before each trip.
Open all the Velcro layers and insert a rope loop inside the ring (Fig. 1). Bring the loop back into
the ap and close all the Velcro layers (Fig. 2).

The adjustable paddle allows everyone to
get maximum rowing comfort. Follow the
instructions on the handle. In case your model
does not have it, a good way to nd the right
height is by placing the paddle on the ground
in front of the body and bringing the handle
over the head by partially extending your arm
(Fig. 1).
