Assembly Instructions

Unfolding the Scooter

Slide safety lever up, pull main lever, release safety lever, and fold steering column forward until it locks.

Mounting the Grips

Remove grips, lift cover, press locking knobs, and push grips into T-tube until they audibly snap into place.

Adjusting Steering Column Height

Loosen quick release, pull column up to desired height, ensuring locking knob engages a hole, then secure quick release.

Steering Head Bearing Adjustment

Bearing is pre-set. Adjust by specialist if handlebars become loose or stiff for safe operation.

Using the Scooter

Riding, Braking, and Parking

Fold kickstand. Push off with one leg to ride. Use brake plate to stop. Swing out kickstand to park on level surface.

Maintenance and Care

Replacing Wheels

Loosen axle bolts, remove wheel, install new wheel, secure with bolts. Check tightness and bearing noise after replacement.

Replacing Ball Bearings

Remove wheels, lever out old bearings and spacer, insert new bearings and spacer, then re-secure wheels.

Storage and Cleaning

Clean and dry after use. Remove debris, dry bearings, grease externally to prevent rust. Store in a dry place.
