Several factors can lead to undercooked food. Ensure you've selected the correct cooking setting. Verify that the lid is properly placed and locked, with the Steam Release Valve in the “Seal” (closed) position. Double-check the recipe for proper pressure, temperature, and time settings, and confirm that there were no power interruptions. Also, ensure the cooking pot has enough liquid (minimum 250ml) to create steam and pressure, without exceeding the “MAX” line.
