Connect
the
AC
adapter
between
the
unit
and
the
power
outlet.
Unpacking
1
Remove
packing
materials
from
unit.
Note:
Save
all
packing
materials.

Remove
plastic
bag
covering
radio.

Remove
plastic
safety
cover
from
A/C
plug.

Remove
tie
from
A/C
cord
and
untie
antenna
wire
on
back
of
radio.

Open
lid
and
remove
styrofoam
shipping
material
from
turntable.

Remove
black
tie-wrap
from
under
the
tone
arm.
7
Remove
white
protective
needle
cover
by
gently
pulling
towards
the
front
of
the
unit.

U
ntie
the
FM
antenna
and
allow
it
to
hang
down
in
a
straight
line
for
optimum
FM
reception.
If
you
have
trouble
tuning
in
an
FM
station,
move
the
external
FM
antenna
for
best
reception.
Do
no
connect
FM
antenna
to
outside
antenna.

Turn
the
uniton
by
pressing
the
ON/OFF
VOLUME
KNOB

located
on
the
front
panel
to
the
ON
position.

Set
the
SPEED
CONTROL
SWITCH

to
desire
speed

or

rpm).
Place
the
record
on
the
turntable.

Pull
the
TONE
ARM

slightly
to
the
right
side
until
hear
the
"click"
sound
to
activate
the
TURNTABLE
(9).

Move
the
TONE
ARM

by
hand
to
the
record
and
slowly
lower
it
to
the
desired
starting
point.
Turn
the
ON/OFF
VOLUME
KNOB
(7)
to
adjust
the
volume
to
the
desired
level.

At
the
end
of
the
record,
the
TONE
ARM
(2)
will
stop
automatically.
You
must
return
the
TONE
ARM
(2)
to
TONE
ARM
REST

by
hand.
