To ensure sufcient water supply, use the shortest
possible hose (minimal diameter, 13 mm, or 1/2");
if the hose is longer than 10 m, its min� diameter
shall be 19 mm (3/4")� Attention: water hose is not
supplied.
Quick-release couplings (not supplied) shall be
installed on both ends of the hose, which will ensure
quick and reliable connection� Attention: metal hose
couplings with "Aquastop" leakage protection
system may damage the appliance. Use plastic
hose couplings instead.
Connect one end of the hose to the water cock and
the other one to lter 20 screwed onto inlet nozzle 6
(see g. 14.2).
Connecting washer gun to pressure hose (see
g. 15-18)
To connect, insert ("click") pressure hose 17 tting
into spray gun 18 hole (see g. 15.1, 16.1, 17.1, 18.1).
To disconnect, press lock 30 and remove pressure
hose 17 tting from spray gun 18 hole�
Connecting pressure hose to the appliance (see
g. 15-18)
[CT42019, CT42020]
To connect, insert ("click") pressure hose 17 tting
into outlet tting 16 (see g. 15.2).
To disconnect, press lock 30 and remove pressure
hose 17 tting from outlet tting 16
[CT42021, CT42022, CT42023]
To connect, screw pressure hose 17 nut onto outlet
tting 16 (see g. 16.2, 17.2).
To disconnect, unscrew pressure hose 17 nut off
outlet tting 16
Initial operating of the appliance
Before operating the appliance, it is mandatory to:
make sure the voltage matches technical
specications printed on the appliance;
check power cable and extension cord condition;
if any damage is detected, the cable shall be
replaced;
check pressure hose 17 condition; if any damage
is detected, the hose shall be replaced;
make sure there is no leakage after opening the
water cock�
Switching the appliance on / off
Attention! Turning the appliance with
no water supply may cause breakdown.
In such case, you will forfeit the right to
claim warranty repair.
Before turning the appliance on, it is mandatory to
complete its assembly, connect the appliance to water
supply, and perform the following procedures (exactly
in stated order):
Remove jet pipe 19
Open the water cock (see g. 19.1).
Push lock button 32, then press and hold trigger 31
(see g. 19.2).
Within 25 seconds, air and water shall noisily
emerge from the spray gun (see g. 19.3). Otherwise,
check all the connections�
Keep holding the trigger until the water ows stead-
ily (with no air bubbles), then release trigger 31
Insert jet pipe 19 (see g. 19.4).
Connect power cable 9 plug to AC mains (see
g. 19.5).
Set switch 2 to "ON" (see g. 19.6).
Only for CT42023 and CT42024: set detergent
quantity with knob 3 (see g. 19.7).
Press and hold trigger 31 to turn on pressurized wa-
ter supply from jet pipe 19 nozzles� Release trigger 31
to cut water supply off�
After the operation, set switch 2 to "OFF"�
Design features of the appliance
Thermal protection
Thermal protection prevents appliance damage and
shuts the device down in case of overheating�
Overpressure protection
Overpressure protection prevents the appliance parts
damage caused by extra high pressure (e�g�, in case
of bending of pressure hose or clogging of exit nozzle)�
Setting detergent quantity
[CT42023, CT42024]
Knob 3 allows setting the quantity of detergent added
to the water
Recommendations on the appliance op-
eration
Detergents to be used
Only use the detergents recommended
by the manufacturer and follow the man-
ufacturer's usage and disposal instruc-
tions.
For CT42021 and CT42022: set low pressure (see
g. 12.2).
For CT42023 and CT42024: set detergent quantity
with knob 3 (see g. 19.7).
Put little quantity of detergent on a dry surface and
let it react but do not let it dry
Wash the liqueed dirt with high-pressure water jet.
General recommendations
Install the appliance on even horizontal surface and
complete all the connections�
Turn the appliance on and set water stream pattern�
Clean the surface� Be cautious when cleaning
lacquered surfaces - keep the appliance at least 30 cm
away to keep the lacquer intact�
During brief pauses in the operation, release trig-
ger 31 and hang the washer gun on holder 1
