Installation and regulation of appliance
elements
Before performing all the procedures, disconnect
the appliance from AC mains and water supply
system.
Do not draw up the fastening elements
too tight to avoid damaging the thread.
Mounting / dismounting / setting-up of
some elements is the same for all appli-
ance models, in this case specic mod-
els are not indicated in the illustration.
Installing / removing the rear holder (see g. 1)
[CT42019, CT42020, CT42021, CT42022]
• Install rear holder 14 as shown in g. 1. Tighten
screws 23�
• Disassembly operations do in reverse sequence�
Installing / removing the wheels (see g. 2)
[CT42020, CT42021, CT42022]
• Install wheels 8 as shown in g. 2.
• Disassembly operations do in reverse sequence�
Installing / removing the washer gun upper holder
(see g. 3)
• Install upper holder 1 as shown in g. 3.
• Disassembly operations do in reverse sequence�
Installing / removing the washer gun lower holder

• Install lower holder 5 as shown in g. 4. Tighten

Installing / removing detergent tank (see g. 9-10)

• Remove plug 13 (see g. 9.1 and 10.1).
• CT42021, CT42022: remove tank 15 (see g. 9.2).
• CT42023, CT42024: gently press on the sides of
tank 15 and remove the tank (see g. 10.2).
• Perform all the necessary operations with tank 15:
emptying, cleaning, adding detergent, etc�)� While
pouring detergent into the tank, it is recommended to
use a funnel and wipe detergent drops and leakages
off tank 15 external surface with a cloth (see g. 9.3
and 10�3)�
• Replace tank 15� CT42023, CT42024: gently press
on the sides of tank 15 to install it�
• Replace plug 13�
Installing / removing / adjusting spray gun (see
g. 11-13)
[CT42019, CT42020]
• Insert extension tube 22 into spray gun 18 as shown
in g. 11.2.
• Insert jet pipe 19 into extension tube 22�
• You can change stream pattern by rotating jet
pipe 19 tip (see g. 11.1).
[CT42021, CT42022]
• Insert jet pipe 19 into spray gun 18 as shown in
g. 12.3.
• You can change stream pattern by rotating jet
pipe 19 tip (see g. 12.1).
• You can select low pressure or high pressure by
rotating jet pipe 19 nozzle coupling (see g. 12.2).
Low-pressure mode is used for spraying detergent;
high-pressure mode, for high-pressure jet washing
without detergent�

• Insert jet pipe 19 into spray gun 18 as shown in
g. 13.2.
• You can change stream pattern by rotating jet
pipe 19 tip (see g. 13.1).
Installing / removing the lter (see g. 14)
• Insert filter element 29 into filter housing 28 (see
fig� 14�1)�
• Screw lter 20 on inlet tting 6�
• Follow the instructions above in reversed order to
remove the lter.
Water connection (see g. 14)
• Always use lter 20 as the contaminants contained
in the water may damage the appliance�
