Switching the power tool on / off
Manual switch on (see g. 15)
Switching on:
Set on / off switch 3 into ON "I" position (see g. 15.1)
Switching off:
Set on / off switch 3 into OFF "0" position (see g. 15.2)
Automatic switch on (see g. 16)
This switch on mode is intended to suck in dust which
has produced from other working power tools Connect
other power tool (producing dust which is to be sucked
in) to socket 4 (see g. 16.1). Set on / off switch 3 into
ON "II" position When the power tool is switched on,
the vacuum cleaner will switch on automatically It will
switch off automatically if the power tool is switched off
To switch off the vacuum cleaner set on / off switch 3
into OFF "0" position and disconnect the power tool
from socket 4 (see g. 16.2).
Design features of the power tool
Triple outlet air cleaning system
The system allows for effective removal of ne dust
(plaster, soot, etc) When sucked in, dust comes into
fabric dust bag 20 where the largest parts accumulate
Then the air ow goes through water in the base 7 -
water moistens and collects ne dust particles. After
that the airow goes through HEPA-lter 18 where air
is nally cleaned.
Suction power adjustment
Suction power may be adjusted by turning regulator 1
This function may be useful when cleaning dirt from light
movable objects (carpets, oor mats, etc.).
Air blowing mode (see g. 17.1)
This function allows for cleaning by blowing off waste
with airow in places where it is complicated or
impossible to suck in waste (air purging of complex
ofce machines, blowing leaves off gravel path, etc.).
Connect air hose 25 to air discharge outlet 2 (see
g. 17.1).
Possibility to connect other power tools
This function is intended for efcient removal of dust
built up after working with other power tools (jig saws,
disc saws, milling machines, etc) When in this mode,
the vacuum cleaner switches on automatically if the
connected power tool is switched on
Recommendations on the power tool
operation
Carry out all above mentioned prepara-
tion and assembly steps depending on
the works to be done.
• Choose an appropriate nozzle depending on the
type of operation and work surface area
• If you are going to use the vacuum cleaner as a
dust removing system for another power tool, connect
air hose 25 to the power tool using the corresponding
adapter Choose automatic switch on as described
above
• Connect the power tool to the mains and switch it
on
• Pick up dust or liquid, blow off dry waste or work
with another power tool connected to the vacuum
cleaner
• In the event of the reduction in efciency during
operation, take the following actions:
• check the suction line - if you nd any clogs,
remove them;
• check the lling of fabric dust bag 20, empty it if
full;
• check the lling of paper dust bag 31, replace it
if full
• After operation, switch off the power tool
• If you have sucked in liquids or worked in triple outlet
air cleaning mode, discharge the liquid from base 7,
wash and dry it
Power tool maintenance / preventive
measures
Before carrying out any works on the power tool it
must be disconnected from the mains.
Emptying the fabric dust bag (see g. 17.2)
Be careful when emptying fabric dust
bag 20. It is prohibited to dump out dust
from fabric dust bag 20 into open re.
• Remove cover 11 with fabric dust bag 20 mounted
(see g. 17.2). If necessary, remove fabric dust bag 20
from cover 11 as described above
• Move plastic lock 34 and empty fabric dust bag 20,
shake it out or clean it with a soft brush If the bag
is very contaminated, carefully wash fabric plastic
bag 20 with warm soapy water, then dry it thoroughly
(see fig 172)
• Put top of the bag together and mount plastic
lock 34
• If necessary, mount fabric dust bag 20 onto cover 11
as described above
HEPA-lter cleaning (see g. 18)
• Install plug 12 into lower hose connector 6 Connect
air hose 25 to upper hose connector 30 (see g. 18.1).
• Switch on the power tool
• Insert the end of the air hose 25 into hole 13 and
slightly push several times (see g. 18.2).
Sponge lter cleaning
• Remove lter 19 as described above
• Carefully wash lter 19 with warm soapy water and
dry it thoroughly
• Install lter 19 as described above
• If lter 19 is damaged or very contaminated (and
may not be cleaned), remove it
Cleaning of the power tool
An indispensable condition for a safe long-term exploi-
tation of the power tool is to keep it clean Regularly
