What to do if CRRC MS-2624PT Tools fail to operate when the trigger is pressed?
    • O
      owilsonAug 13, 2025
If your CRRC Tools fail to operate when the trigger is pressed, it could be due to several reasons. The hydraulic system might have failed (refer to the Manual of hydraulic unit). Alternatively, there might be a loose or faulty hose coupling; in this case, check and tighten the connection. A damaged trigger assembly could also be the cause, requiring you to replace the trigger.

Why are pull grooves on fastener pintail stripped during PULL circle with CRRC MS-2624PT Tools?
    • K
      Kelly HernandezAug 17, 2025
If the pull grooves on the fastener pintail are stripped during the PULL circle when using CRRC Tools, several factors could be the cause. It could be that the operator is not sliding the anvil completely onto the fastener pintail, so operate the tool correctly, as per section 3.4. Another reason might be an incorrect fastener grip, so check the grip and replace it with the proper rivet. Other potential causes include worn or damaged jaw segments (replace the clamping jaws), foreign debris in jaw grooves (clean the jaws), excessive sheet gap (correct the gap), or excessive PULL pressure (adjust the pull pressure as per section 2.1).

What to do if CRRC MS-2624PT operate erratically and fail to install fastener properly?
    • M
      Maria JenkinsAug 21, 2025
If your CRRC Tools operate erratically and fail to install the fastener properly, it could be due to low or erratic hydraulic pressure or air in the system (refer to the Manual of hydraulic unit). Another possible cause is a damaged or worn Piston O-ring in the tool, which would require replacing the O-ring. Excessive wear on the sliding surfaces of tool parts or on internal cylinder surfaces could also be the reason; in this case, replace the cylinder or parts.

Why do my CRRC MS-2624PT Tools leak hydraulic fluid?
    • M
      Michael ValentineAug 25, 2025
If your CRRC Tools leak hydraulic fluid, it's likely due to defective tool O-rings or loose connections at the tool. Replace the O-rings or tighten the hose to resolve this issue.

Why does hydraulic fluid overheat in CRRC Tools?
    • D
      Dylan EvansAug 28, 2025
If the hydraulic fluid in your CRRC Tools overheats, it indicates that the unit is not operating properly or is running in reverse. Consult the Manual of hydraulic unit for troubleshooting steps.

Why do CRRC MS-2624PT operate in reverse?
    • H
      Holly BrownSep 1, 2025
If your CRRC Tools operate in reverse, the hose connections between the hydraulic unit and the tool are likely reversed. Check the hose connections and adjust them to the correct orientation.

Why is the collar not completely swaged with CRRC MS-2624PT Tools?
    • C
      Courtney RuizSep 5, 2025
If the collar is not completely swaged when using CRRC Tools, it could be due to improper tool operation. Please re-read this manual and ask Meishan if you are not clear on any sections. Another possible cause is a scored anvil, which would require replacing the anvil.

    Dorothy BridgesSep 8, 2025
Why do CRRC Tools "hang up" on swaged collar of fastener?
    • J
      Jamie ReedSep 8, 2025
If your CRRC Tools "hang up" on the swaged collar of the fastener, it could be due to improper tool operation. Please re-read this manual and ask Meishan if you are not clear on any sections. Another potential cause is the jaw being in the wrong position; check and re-install the spring in this case.
