QUICK START GUIDE 8 QT 10-IN-1 PROGRAMMABLE MULTI COOKER
• Do not cook more than 7 rice
measuring cups of raw rice.
• Cooking times /liquids will vary
depending on rice variety.
IMPORTANT: Add one tablespoon
of oil (vegetable, olive, sesame) to
reduce excess foaming.
• Close and lock lid.
• Turn the pressure release valve
to the PRESSURE position.
• Press the RICE button. Default time
of 00:20 will appear and the START
button will ash.
• While ashing, the default time

• When temperature /pressure
is reached, time will count
down to 00:00 (cooking stops).
• At “00:00”, 5 audible beeps
will sound; unit advances to
WARM; “bb” will be displayed.
• Steam will be released
naturally or use QUICK
STEAM RELEASE to
release pressure.
• Remove all packaging material.
• Slide condensation tray into place.
• Turn lid clockwise to UNLOCK.
• Remove lid.
• Use Rice Measuring Cup (provided)
to measure both rice and water
into the cooking pot (refer to
“WHITE RICE COOKING CHART”
for measurements).
• Grasp lid. Pulling cover grip,
remove aluminum cover and gasket.
• Wash cooking pot, aluminum cover,
gasket, rice measuring cup, ‘spatula
with warm, soapy water.
• Wrap gasket around cover.
• Replace cover; lock onto
center pin.
• Add food to cooking pot.
• Never ll the cooking pot more
than 1/2 to 2/3 full.
• Add at least 1 cup water.
• Add food to cooking pot.

• Add a minimum of 1 cup water.
