successfully. Then restart the computer. The network card is now ready for use.
5. Safety Instrucons and Disclaimer
Never aempt to repair or modify the plug-in card yourself. Avoid contact with
the mains voltage. The product is only voltage-free when the plug is removed.
Always ground yourself before touching electronic components. This protects
against damage caused by electrostac discharges to your body.
Electrostac discharge (ESD) can cause irreparable damage to the plug-in card
and all connected hardware components!
The installaon of the plug-in card is at your own risk.
Please have the installaon of the card carried out by a specialist company, if you
yourself have no technical and praccal experience in the eld of computers and
electrical engineering. The manufacturer accepts no liability for damage and con-
sequenal damage caused by improper installaon or use. The customer is solely
responsible for data backup. The device is not approved for outdoor operaon.
Please use it only in dry areas. Protect it from high humidity, water and snow.
Keep the device away from high temperatures.
Do not expose the device to sudden temperature changes or strong vibraons,
as this could damage the electronic parts. Check the device for possible damage
before use. The unit should not be used if it has received a shock or has been
damaged in any other way.
