USER INFORMATION
according to art.13 of Decree Law 151 dated 25 July 2005 “Implementation of
Directives 2002/95/EC, 2002/96/EC and 2003/108/EC, referring to reduction
in the use of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment
and to waste disposal”
The crossed out wheeled bin symbol on the equipment or on its packaging indicates that when the product
reaches the end of its working life it must be collected separately from other waste. The user shall therefore
take the waste equipment to appropriate separate collection sites for electronic and electrical waste, otherwise
consign it to the seller when purchasing a new, equivalent appliance, at a one to one ratio. Adequate separate
collection of the waste equipment with subsequent recycling, treatment and environment friendly disposal
contributes towards avoiding negative effects on the environment and health and favours reuse and/or recycling
of materials making up the material. Illegal disposal of the product by the owner will be sanctioned under
Decree Law 22/1997
( art.50 and later amendments of Decree Law 22/1997 )
