This document describes the Cuchen Electric IH Pressure Rice Cooker, model CJH-PC061 Series. It is designed for household use and operates on a 120V~, 60Hz power supply with a rated power consumption of 1100W. The maximum cooking capacity is 1.08L (6 servings). The cooker's dimensions are 270 X 383 X 260 mm, and it weighs 5.9 kg (6.9 kg including packaging). The regulator pressure/safety device pressure is 88.3 kPa / 166.7 kPa.
Function Description:
The Cuchen Electric IH Pressure Rice Cooker utilizes an electromagnetic induction heating (IH) method. This involves sending a strong current through copper coils located at the bottom and sides of the inner pot, creating a magnetic force line that heats the entire pot. This ensures even cooking of every grain of rice, resulting in shiny, delicious, and uniformly cooked rice. The cooker features various menu options for different rice types and cooking styles, including Plain Sticky, Plain Medium, Plain Regular, Mixed, Brown, Gama, Barley, Nurungji, Steam, and Slow Cook. It also includes functions for setting the current time, controlling rice taste, fine-tuning rice taste, preset cooking, keeping warm, reheating, adjusting warming temperature and heating intensity, setting language and sound volume, and an auto-clean mode.
