      Eric MillerAug 16, 2025
If your Cucinare Blender displays 'E4', it means the overheat safety cut out has activated. This usually happens because the machine is overheating from being on for too long. To resolve this, switch off the blender and allow it to cool for at least 10 minutes before powering it up again.

Why are the ingredients still hard after cooking cycle in my Cucinare EL5599?
    • R
      Rebecca WadeSep 3, 2025
If the ingredients in your Cucinare Blender are still too hard after the cooking cycle, try these steps: * Chop the ingredients into smaller pieces before adding them to the blender. * Ensure you are using the correct soup cycle for the amount of ingredients you've added. * Avoid adding too much water or food, as this can clog the filter. * For certain foods that require longer cooking times, select any heating function until the food is fully cooked.

Why is food burnt and stuck to the bottom of my Cucinare EL5599?
    • M
      Matthew BranchSep 6, 2025
If your food is burnt and stuck to the bottom of your Cucinare Blender, it is likely caused by high sugar or starch content in the ingredients. Try using less sugar and starch in your recipes. Additionally, ensure that you are using enough liquids relative to the amount of food.

What to do if ingredient pieces are still too large in my Cucinare EL5599?
    • J
      Juan GreeneSep 8, 2025
If ingredient pieces are still too large after the cycle is complete in your Cucinare Blender, it may be because the pieces were too large initially. Try using the blend function after the cooking program to further process the ingredients. Also, ensure you've selected the correct function; if not, try a new one. Finally, make sure you've added sufficient water to the mixture.

Why is the soup not hot in my Cucinare EL5599 Blender?
    • R
      Ryan MartinSep 12, 2025
If the soup is not hot and the cooking cycle finished early on your Cucinare Blender, it could be because there was too much hot liquid in the jug. The soup may have boiled during cooking and reached the upper over-flow sensor, causing the cycle to end prematurely.
