Case Check point Do the following

top cover set to lock?
While cooking,
“tick, tick” sounds
occurs while
cooking .
When the top
cover cannot
closed
When the top
cover cannot be
opened
When the rice is
badly sticky
When the color of
the rice is gray
after cooking
Is the rice new?
Is the amount of water too
much?
Did you use spring water or
underground water with a lot of
iron content?
Use other rice or dry the rice
before using
Set the amount of water properly.
This can happen according to the
quality of the water, but it's no
problem.
There is a "Chi"
sound every 10
minutes when
warming the rice.
The "Chi" sound during the
warming process is the sound of
the cooker operating.
This is normal.
Is there any rice or any other
alien substance on the
temperature sensor on the
bottom surface?
Clean all the alien substane on
the temperature sensor of the
bottom surface.
When the color of
the rice is
yellowish after
cooking
Is the rice dry or old?
Is the rice washed well?
Use other good rice.
Wash the rice until the water is
clear
It is normal that the “tick, tick”
sound of relay is an on and off
operation.
The moisture of the button of the
pot may cause “tick tick” sound.
Please wipe the moisture
Set the handles of the inner pot
on the slots of the product.
Turn the Lock/Unlock handle to
open
If the top cover can not be closed
after you have scooped rice out
of the cooker, tilt the pressure
weight to discharge the air inside
the inner pot.
Is the steam completely
discharged under the locked
condition?
Open the top cover after the
steam is completely discharged.
If you want the steam discharged
fast, tilt the pressure weight.
Set the Lock/Unlock handle to
open and open the top cover
