What to do if my Cuisinart SS-10 will not brew?

If your Cuisinart Coffee Maker won't brew, ensure the handle is securely pushed down after placing a capsule in the Capsule Holder, and that the LCD control panel reads READY with the buttons illuminated. If the LCD control panel indicates ADD WATER and NOT READY, ensure the water reservoir is properly filled and correctly seated in its base. If the issue persists after refilling, contact Consumer Service at 1-800-726-0190. Also, the piercing and/or exit needle may be clogged (refer to page 17).
