Troubles Reason Solution
Washing machine
cannot start up
• The washer door is not properly
closed
• Poor connection to the power
supply.
• Power failure.
• Machine has not been switched
on.
• Check that the door is closed tightly.
• Check that the power is on.
• Check that the water supply tap is open.
• Check that the Start/Pause button is pressed.
Water leakage or
water is overflows
from the bottom of
the machine
• The inlet hose and/or drain
hose has a leak.
• The inlet hose connections or
drain hose connections are not
tight.
• Drain pipe in the room is
blocked.
• Check and fasten hose connections.
• Clean up drain hose and ask a qualified
technician to repair it if necessary.
• Fix the inlet hose.
• Replace the drain hose.
• Replace the inlet hose.
Indicator or display
does not light
• Power is disconnected or the
unit is turned off.
• Check that the power is shut off and the power
plug is connected correctly.
• Check the mains plug and fuse.
• Check that the washing machine is turned on.
Washing effects are
not good
• The clothes are too dirty.
• Insufficient detergent quantity.
• Select a proper wash programme.
• Add the proper detergent quantity according to
the instructions on your detergent packaging.
Machine is draining
while being filled
• The height of the drain hose is
below 80 cm.
• The drain hose is in water.
• Install drain hose within 80-100 cm of height.
• Make sure the drain hose is not in water.
Drainage failure
• Drain hose is blocked.
• Drain hose end is higher than
100 cm above the floor level.
• The filter is blocked.
• Unblock the drain hose.
• Make sure the drain hose end is lower than
100 cm above floor level.
• Unblock the filter.
Operation stops for
a period of time
• Washing machine gives an error
message.
• Check display codes.
Err1
• The start/pause lamp off and
the buzzer beeping.
• Shut the door properly.
Err2
• The start/pause lamp twinkles
twice in 4 seconds.
• Clean the filter and check the drain hose for
blockage. If error still exists, please contact the
maintenance personnel.
Err3
• The start/pause lamp twinkles 3
times in 4 seconds.
• Contact the maintenance personnel.
Err4
• The start/pause lamp twinkles 4
times in 4 seconds.
• Reduce load and then start washing again.
If problem still exists, please contact the
maintenance personnel.
Err5
• The start/pause lamp twinkles 5
times in 4 seconds.
• Make sure the drain hose is not in water.
Err7
• The start/pause lamp twinkles 7
times in 4 seconds.
• Contact the maintenance personnel.
Err8
• The start/pause lamp twinkles 8
times in 4 seconds.
• Contact the maintenance personnel.
