Make sure the disc is free from scratches and fingerprints. Insert a playable disc, verifying the disc type and color system are compatible. Do not attempt to play a disc with a region code different from your player's. Clean the disc if necessary. You may also need to cancel the parental lock function or adjust the parental lock level, using the default password 3308 if needed. As a last resort, reset the player.
