GENERAL INFORMATION
IMPORTANT!: It is more important that the child is sitting in a squatting position rather than a spreading
position.
Please see to it that your child forms a slightly rounded back while sitting in the carrier. Hence do not
fasten the shoulder straps too tightly.
DEAR CUSTOMER! Thank you very much for purchasing the CYBEX 2.GO! We assure you that in

developed under strict quality control and meets all safety standards.
FORWARD CARRYING
1
Position the waist belt around your waist/hips, close the buckle and adjust the length until it sits
tightly. Please assure that the male part of the buckle is always fed through the elastic safety loop
before closing the buckle.
2
Now lift your baby up to your chest and place it into the carrier. Bend the legs of your baby in such a
manner, that it is comfortable for your child and then wrap the carrier around the baby’s back.
3
(a) Put your arms through the shoulder straps and (b) fasten the straps together with the sternum
strap behind your back.
4
Now lead the arms of your baby through the arm openings, if necessary open the buckles of the
headrest on both sides.
The Headrest can be used in 3 different ways
VII
Headrest shortened: Should your child´s head no longer need supporting, the head rest can
simply be folded outwards. This position also allows the vision fi eld of your child to expand.
VI
Full support: You can adjust the width of the head support with the upper zipper. With the
zipper all the way closed, you will support your baby´s head in the sleeping position.
Inwards Mobility Seat: (a) Once your baby is approx. 6 months of age, the headrest can be
completely folded inward, so that the back is completely free and your child has more moving
space. (b) Unfasten the buckles for the head rest and fold it inwards. (c) Fasten the ends of the
headrest to the strap loops by using the snap buttons.
VIII
Spread-squat position: By opening and closing the lower zipper, the seat width can be adjusted.
Very small children will already sit comfortably in the required “spread-squat position” without any
adjustments to the seat area. For older children, the seat area can be adjusted by opening the
zipper over the entire length. Children from approx. 10 months of age should sit in the narrowest
position, thus allowing for more leg room and freedom of movement.
I
Connector belt: (a) For ease of use, the connector belt on the shoulder straps can be adjusted in
both length and height, (b) allowing it to be closed from behind the neck or behind the back.
III
Width adjustment: Tighten the shoulder straps to the point that it is comfortable for yourself and your
baby. The adjustment of the width will also regulate the support of your child’s back. Excess length
from the straps can be folded and placed in the loops provided on the shoulder straps.
IV
The bib: The bib can be removed and regularly washed. Please follow the washing instructions
V
Height adjustment: The waist belt has the function of a height adjustment system. (a) To carry smaller
children, the belt should be placed around the waist, allowing the child to sit at a higher position.
(b) For larger children the belt should be placed around the hips. The optimum sitting position is
reached when the carrying person can touch the child´s head with the lips and should be adjusted
accordingly.
