Cybex Eagle 11000 Chest Press Owner’s Manual
Set Up
1. Adjust seat bottom and back so that handles are at mid-chest.
2. Select hand position that allows hands to nish in front of the shoulders.
Basic Movement
1. Push handles forward until your arms are fully straightened.
Advanced Movement
1. Using a slightly wider hand position bring the handles in slightly. Push handles forward and to the
center until your arms are fully straightened.
