  If the chamber fails the leak test, it could be due to several reasons. First, check that the Argon gas cylinder isn't empty and that the high-pressure regulator on the cylinder is correctly set, also ensure the pressure regulator valve is open. Verify the argon hose is properly connected to the TP. Additionally, inspect the lower chamber seal for any crucible pieces or foreign objects that may prevent the drawer from fully closing. Finally, make sure the gasket around the lower chamber is clean and free from debris.

  Low activity in the inhaled dose may be because the TP is producing a low yield of Technegas®. To resolve this, use fresh 95% pure non-denatured ethanol, as ethanol can denature plastic containers and syringes, which can cause a poor production of Technegas®.
