40 User Fields specified then the
user will be prompted to enter in
data for each field.
For example
the Surveyor’s name..

pick the Manufacturer from a list
of names..
Scroll to the required name then
press SELECT.

enter the Manufacture Date..
12.
When all the User Fields have
been entered you have the
option to review them and make
any corrections if you need to.
When correct press the EXIT key
to continue.
