Power Indicator - This green indicator light is on when the Switch is receiving
power; otherwise, it is o.
Link/Act/Speed (1-5) - This LED indicator light is green when the port is
successfully connected to a 10/100Mbps device and will blink as data is
transmitted or received.
PoE Port (1) - This LED indicator light is solid green when the port is
successfully connected to a powered device and is powering the device
properly.
If the LED is o, there is no connection to a powered device (that requires power).
