DWL-120 Driver Upgrade Procedure
Preparation for Upgrade
• Make sure that the DWL-120 is rev. 1A. The 128-bit upgrade
requires the rev. 1A version of the DWL-120, and will not work with
prior versions of the hardware because of chipset limitations.
• Download the DWL120_DRIVERS_v225.02.zip from
http://support.dlink.com/ to a local directory such as c:\temp.
• Unzip DWL120_DRIVERS_v225.02.zip into a folder on the
computer’s hard drive such as c:\DWL-120.
• Make sure that the DWL-120 is connected to the USB port and the
drivers are already installed in the computer.
NOTE: If the DWL-120 drivers have not been installed in the
computer, please refer to the quick installation guide for the proper
installation procedure.
